Great place for the money. Very friendly and helpful. The place is old and needs upgrading for sure, but its clean. They have a small fridge and coffee available in the office. We stayed 3 nights and it cost us half the price than any other motel in the area. It's right close to all the action. Walking distance to anything. We just used the motel to sleep and were out the whole day. From the balcony we had a view of the fireworks at night.

Currently staying here for the weekend, and coming in a was a bit concerned, based on the reviews I read here. After my first night I will say this - Yes it is dated and a bit run down, but the owners have been nothing but polite to me and hospitable. They're an older couple who clearly have invested everything they have into this place, and are just trying to make a living. You will not find another location that is so amazingly central and for this price. My room was clean and had fresh linen when I arrived. For what I paid to be here, I have absolutely no complaints so far. While here I saw them renovating - so they clearly are investing back into this property. I think before you discredit them, maybe you should ask yourself if you're the kind of person who demands the world for $40 a night. I will definitely return here at some point in the future when I want to be right on Clifton hill and don't want to spend much money.

Great motel to stay in for a weekend or short stay. Close by clifton hill so there's tons to do and nearby food options that are fantastic. Front desk was polite, patient and kind and rooms were tidy with comfy beds. Microwave and fridge was handy. Only complaint would be temperature as the rooms were very warm because of the heater running, but after leaving the door propped open for a while it was alright. Look forward to staying here again (:

This is our go to motel ! It's in great walking distance to stuff. The family that own it are very nice and personable. Even though a older motel the owners keep up with it. It's clean. I love the antique furniture in the rooms. The rooms are cozy. Pricing is very good in USD. Safe area.

Good value for the price range. Staff are friendly and courteous. Rooms were quiet, dated but clean. Only things we didn't like were that the mattress was way too firm, I mean like it felt like sleeping on a yoga matt on a wooden floor. That and the only receptacle in the room to use to charge our phones was used by the TV and fridge.

Nice, clean room. Great location and friendly owner. Rooms are not fancy but great value for what you're getting, we paid $70.00 on a Saturday in March. Bed is comfortable but should bring your own pillow if pillow comfort is important for you. Parking is included with stay which is significant bonus for location. The best shower water pressure in a hotel I've experienced. Will definitely go there again when visiting clifton hill area in Niagara.

Great value, exceptional location, clean (no bed bugs, I checked), fantastic pool, comfortable bed, friendly owners; what more could you want? Yes, the bathroom was dated but I feel like people expect too much from these motels. We were nothing but happy. We plan to stay here again.

We had a really good stay. The owners are so sweet and super accommodating. Yes the rooms are a bit outdated, but it’s super clean and the beds are comfortable. And it’s located at 5 minutes of walk from the main attraction street. It’s really well located.
